Overview

SUMMARY:

The Information Resource Specialist should possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience related to the creation, inventory management, tracking, and disposal of classified materials (documents and media) in a secure setting or equivalent training in logistics, inventory management, and documentation/data management systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Additional duties may be assigned.


• Exhibit the capability to download and transmit classified communications, perform semi-annual inventories of media and documentation.

• Conduct Audit Log assessments and produce reports with analysis and findings.

• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Show the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment supporting various projects.

• Communicate proficiently with engineers, project leads, and senior leadership in both written and verbal formats.

• Exhibit self-motivation and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


• A minimum of one (1) year of experience or equivalent training in logistics, inventory management, and tracking.

• Must possess a DOD Secret security clearance and have or be able to obtain an SSBI.

Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Additionally, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references, and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTO are required. Occasional travel may be necessary.
