Job Description:

The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant Senior will, with minimal supervision, evaluate, analyze, and propose marketing and public relations strategies and solutions. This role involves managing the implementation of complex product or function plans across all entities of the medical center. The consultant will work closely with Hospital Marketing Directors, Presidents, and System Senior Executives to develop plans for achieving business objectives and market-segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Manage the implementation of complex product or function plans across all entities of the medical center.
  • Work closely with Hospital Marketing Directors, Presidents, and System Senior Executives to develop plans for achieving business objectives and market-segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and public relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, journalism, writing, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and search engine optimization.
  • Previous healthcare writing experience is preferred.
  • Proof of flu vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity.
  • Facility is tobacco-free, must be a non-smoker for this specific job.
  • Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers.
  • Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication.
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities.
  • Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
