We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Fashion Merchandising Instructor to join our team at Stevenson University. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching courses in the Fashion Merchandising Department, including visual merchandising, retailing, sourcing and logistics, buying, social psychology of dress, and merchandise planning.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retailing, or a closely related area, as well as a strong commitment to quality teaching. Five years of college-level teaching experience is preferred, but we also consider candidates with equivalent combinations of education and experience. A Doctorate in Fashion Merchandising, Retailing, or a closely related field is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.

In addition to your academic qualifications, you must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and have experience working with Blackboard or similar learning management systems. You should also be able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with colleagues.

This is a full-time, non-tenure-track position that requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time, as well as speaking clearly and effectively for an extended period.
