We are seeking a highly motivated Exercise Specialist Lead to join our team at Life Health & Fitness Center LLC. As an Exercise Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, leading group training sessions, and conducting fitness assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise science, physiology, and body mechanics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team to promote studio programs and services, collaborate on new initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fitness programs for individual clients
  • Lead high-energy group training sessions and fitness classes
  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments and track client progress
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and revenue

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Exercise Science or related field
  • Current certification as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
  • 1-2 years of experience in fitness program management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
