About the Role:
">- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our team at Seattle Children's.
Job Summary:
">- The Pediatric ICU Nurse will provide direct patient care to critically ill children, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of quality care.
Responsibilities:
">- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to address their unique needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and utilize various technologies to monitor patients' vital signs and track their progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
">- Current Washington State RN License
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (or equivalent)
- 1 year of experience in an Acute Care or ICU setting
- Prior experience in pediatrics or pediatric critical care is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
">- $47.60 - $89.80 per hour (based on full-time employment)
