Position Overview:

Role of a Barback:
A Barback plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our bustling bar environment. You will assist Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and providing support to guarantee efficient and friendly service for our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and dismantle all bar supplies before, during, and after service while assisting bartenders as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage spaces, while also clearing and resetting tables in the bar area.
  • Prepare garnishes for beverages and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar guests.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and readiness to assist fellow team members, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Possess effective communication skills to interact with managers, staff, and guests.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
