Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at REED DESIGN BUILD LLC in Naples. This is a hands-on position that requires interacting with high-end clients and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction jobs on-site, overseeing carpentry labor and supervising other carpenters and helpers.
  • Maintain a clean job site and ensure all work meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Must have experience and qualified references.
  • Must be experienced in trim, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, and general construction.
  • Must have a vehicle for transportation and all necessary carpenter tools.
  • Must be able to work as a team and independently as needed.
  • Background and drug screening will be completed on all potential hires.
