About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Scanning Specialist at Prisma Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of radiologic technology principles. You will be responsible for performing CT scans, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality CT scans, adhering to established protocols and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient information and scan results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other technologists to optimize imaging protocols and techniques
Requirements
  • AAS degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
  • SCQRSA licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of radiologic technology principles and practices
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
