Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Scanning Specialist at Prisma Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of radiologic technology principles. You will be responsible for performing CT scans, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality CT scans, adhering to established protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient information and scan results
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
- Collaborate with radiologists and other technologists to optimize imaging protocols and techniques
- AAS degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- SCQRSA licensure
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of radiologic technology principles and practices
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
