Key Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to NbC's exclusive frosting techniques and recipes to meet production targets.
  • Employs precision tools and pastry bags to expertly frost cakes.
  • Manages cake orders based on priority, ensuring timely service for both pre-orders and walk-in customers.
  • Guarantees the availability of frosted cakes and samples for guests while maintaining adequate frosting supplies.
  • Complies with packaging, labeling, and storage protocols, and keeps track of frosting inventory.
  • Oversees cake quality assurance and reports any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitized work area, replenishes supplies, and follows health and safety regulations.
