Flexographic Printing Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printing Press Operator to join our team in Waupun, Wisconsin. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating advanced flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality packaging materials.

• Operate and maintain complex printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
• Collaborate with the prepress department to prepare job information, select anilox rolls, and set color sequences.
• Adjust register eyes, verify barcodes, and check dimensions to ensure consistent print quality throughout each run.
• Work closely with the QA team to complete job approval checklists and meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production issues, downtime, and plate-related problems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot press-related issues.
• Prior experience in flexographic printing or flexible packaging is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, color perception, and physical stamina to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders or stairs.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of defect detection systems to ensure consistent product quality.
