Respiratory Therapist

Stability Direct is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in an inpatient setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the state of New Jersey
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential or eligible
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
