Plant Operations Director

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a safe and reliable work environment, achieving operational and financial objectives, and developing staff to achieve superior results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead organizational planning and career development initiatives on site.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Establish and direct all technical and administrative functions in the plant, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, information systems, purchasing, and materials management.
- Promote a culture of safe and clean work environment where safety is the highest priority.
- Create a productive atmosphere that encourages positive reinforcement, open communications, employee engagement, and ideas.
- Develop, communicate, and evaluate departmental and individual objectives.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to drive safety, quality, operational/OEE, maintenance reliability, process improvement, and cost.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of demonstrated manufacturing experience, preferably in a continuous manufacturing process, with 5+ years in an operations leadership role.
- Strong people leadership and team building skills with a demonstrated track record of leading teams to the achievement of superior results.
