Lead Gymnastics Instructor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coordinator/Head Coach to join our team at CoachCorner. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading our competitive gymnastics program, developing and implementing lesson plans, and providing top-notch instruction to children of all ages and skill levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for our competitive gymnastics program
• Provide expert coaching and instruction to athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Lead our competitive team staff during practices and competitions
• Craft and implement creative curriculum to engage and challenge our athletes
• Maintain accurate attendance records for all competitive practices

**Qualifications**

• Minimum age of 18 with prior supervisory experience in competitive and developmental gymnastics
• Required USA Gymnastics certifications within 30 days of hire, including Competitive Coach, Safe Sport, and CPR/AED
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, coupled with gym management experience
• Previous coaching experience in competitive gymnastics
• Demonstrated professionalism and effective verbal communication skills

**Schedule**

• Full-time position with a workload of up to 40 hours per week, spread across 4-6 days, including some weekends
