Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Per Diem CT Technologist to work on a per diem basis in our CT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating CT scanners, producing high-quality images, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Assist patients onto the scanner, verify identification, and enter patient information into the system
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure effective and safe operation of the equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists to develop detailed protocols for patient exams
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to proper hand hygiene and infection control procedures
  • Provide excellent patient care, demonstrating professionalism and compassion at all times
Requirements
  • MA License required
  • ARRT required
  • Advanced CT registration required
  • CPR certification required
  • IV skills preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy, cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and radiation physics
