Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Accounting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role.
