Position Overview

Salary: $14 per hour

We pride ourselves on our reliability, exceptional customer service, and our commitment to combating human trafficking. Since our inception in 2017, we have experienced remarkable growth, averaging 98% year-over-year.

We are in search of motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission at Calyan. The ideal candidate is proactive, focused, optimistic, possesses a sense of urgency, enjoys following processes and checklists, and is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing candle containers, labeling, and packaging finished products.
  • Adhering to production standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality control measures.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized production area and storage facility.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Monday through Friday

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $14.00 per hour
  • Accrued Paid Time Off based on hours worked, increasing with tenure
  • 10 paid holidays annually
  • 401K Plan available after 3 months of employment
  • Health benefits available for employees working 30 hours or more per week, after 60 days
  • 50% employee discount on candles
  • Complimentary coffee and candles
