Job Title: Glazier Foreman

Binswanger Glass is seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier Foreman to join our team. As a Glazier Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising a team of glaziers and assisting with glazing responsibilities such as cutting, handling, maintaining, and installing all types of glass products for commercial and residential uses and purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise glazing department and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Measure and sell jobs to customers, ensuring accurate quotes and timely completion.
  • Assist with glazing duties for residential and commercial properties, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Record all time spent working on jobs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide quotes to customers regarding repetitive business, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
Requirements:
  • City Service and Contract Glazing Installation abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor others, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures, with commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Positive customer service orientation, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Mechanically inclined, with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
