Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering direct personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, changing linens, assisting with dressing, skin care, toileting support, and maintaining a clean living environment.
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as directed.
  • Carrying out basic procedures as an extension of nursing services when instructed.
  • Supporting patients in managing their medications.
  • Communicating changes in patient condition to the assigned nursing staff or case manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • State certification as a nurse aide.
  • Completion of required training programs.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Current CPR certification or equivalent as mandated by relevant regulations.
  • Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
