Our signature program, E1 Leadership Development, is designed for incarcerated and school-aged adolescent males, addressing critical societal issues affecting men today. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Educational Program Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating the effective execution and sustained engagement of student participation in the E1 Leadership Development Program across local educational institutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting on-site evaluations to assess program delivery and student engagement.
  • Collaborating with school facilitators to share best practices and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on program performance to management and educational staff.
  • Acting as a classroom facilitator to ensure program consistency as required.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to boost student and faculty involvement in the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with busy educators.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to monitor program outcomes and address training gaps effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic are crucial.

COMPENSATION

The annual salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $45,000.
