You will exercise good judgment and knowledge from the classroom setting and apply it to a professional work environment. You will apply research techniques, analytical methods, presentation skills, writing skills, and/or technical knowledge to the workplace. You will adhere to company policies and procedures governing professional staff behavior. You may be responsible for research, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. as part of the assigned projects. You may work in several departments to assist with completing any additional projects or tasks. You will participate in activities designed for development during your assignment. You will prepare a presentation summarizing the experiences gained through the internship and present it to peers and management. You may attend meetings and/or company events.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
We are looking for a student who is working towards an undergraduate electrical engineering degree with the minimum credit hours to be classified as a junior or senior in their studies and has taken several related courses to the field in which they will be assigned. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. Some positions may require that the intern meet the ITAR definition of U.S. Person due to work areas being subject to export controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
