We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a hosted or non-hosted bar setting.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage inventory and stocking of products, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Provide a high level of guest service, identifying guests in accordance with Idaho State liquor and identification laws.
• Manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including collecting payment and tracking beverage consumption.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, adhering to strict end-of-shift cleaning duties.

• One year of mixed drink bartending experience with demonstrated competence.
• Knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift over 25lbs frequently and over 50lbs occasionally.
