About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Augusta Health. As an OR nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech surgery suite and perform a wide range of services to patients from scheduled elective cases to emergent surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform nursing care to patients from various acuity levels during the operative phase.
- Provide a safe environment during the surgical procedure.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required.
- Operating Room experience highly preferred.
- BSN or ADN currently enrolled in a BSN program preferred.
- BLS certification required.
