Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $65,000.00 plus uncapped commission. Responsibilities and RequirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a valid insurance sales license, engaging with credit union members, driving referrals, and acquiring new business opportunities. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in sales. Additional requirements include proficiency with internet and email communication, coachability, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You must demonstrate ethical sales practices and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
