About the Job

This is a travel opportunity for a CT Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, producing high-quality images, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Set controls and monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as needed
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images in sequence of exposure
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
Requirements
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
  • Most states require licensure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
