Position Overview
The Surgical Technology Clinical Consultant will deliver expert clinical support for Stryker's advanced surgical navigation systems. This role involves providing on-site assistance during surgical procedures and ensuring optimal utilization of our innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive training and technical support to surgeons and operating room personnel on the operation of navigation technologies and associated instruments to enhance procedural efficiency.
- Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative imaging for integration with Stryker's systems, assisting surgeons in both pre-operative planning and intra-operative guidance.
- Conduct training sessions for medical staff, including OR teams, radiology, and sterile processing departments on the effective use of navigation systems and related applications.
- Address product inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide case coverage at various accounts and support the execution of sales strategies to increase the adoption of navigation technologies among surgeons.

Collaboration and Growth
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Marketing teams to enhance communication regarding product performance and clinical benefits.
- Manage purchase orders for products utilized during surgical procedures and maintain accurate records of case coverage.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote the clinical advantages of Stryker's offerings and drive account growth.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
- Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
