As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be part of a team of dedicated professionals committed to our core values of quality, compassion, and community.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
  • Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
  • Be knowledgeable about EMTALA regulations and reporting of child/adult abuse to appropriate agencies and Hospital Social Worker.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred.
