  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to assist users and support the ongoing operation and enhancement of systems.
  • Analyze moderately complex information from users to establish system objectives.

  • Conduct feasibility studies to propose potential system solutions.
  • Engage in advanced form design and layout activities.
  • Draft system specifications and maintain technical documentation for user guidance.

  • Manage basic database administration tasks.
  • Offer general system support across programs, directing resources to enterprise system help files as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
Education: Technical training, certifications, or a degree in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related role.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Familiarity with application development utilizing low code / no code technologies.
  • Proficient in developing SQL queries.
Security Clearance: Public Trust

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with the Be Informed platform.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience in Human Services Business Environments, particularly with Case Management processes.
  • Experience with Be Informed (BPM Development tool).
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence one day per week.
