We are seeking a skilled Wireless Device Validation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring top-notch standards and seamless integration of our 4G/5G and IoT devices with major U.S. carriers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Technical Support & TA Process: Collaborate closely with sales and R&D teams to support technical requirements, verify bugs, and validate features, ensuring timely Technical Acceptance (TA) completion.
  • Field Testing & Product Validation: Conduct rigorous device testing, log issues, and validate technical solutions per U.S. carrier standards for TA.
  • Customer Interface & R&D Liaison: Provide on-site customer support, troubleshoot and replicate reported issues, and escalate verified concerns to R&D.
  • Product Marketing & Documentation: Develop user guides, quick start guides, and FAQ documents to support product launches and ensure market readiness.
  • Data & Device Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from customer service and field tests to inform engineering improvements and low-maintenance product launches.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Familiarity with routers, TCP/IP networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android).
  • Basic coding skills and experience with technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of wireless network protocols (4G/5G) and carrier acceptance processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and engage in client-facing environments.
