Summit Recruiting Group LLC is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at a top-ranked medical center in Duluth, MN. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.

Key Highlights:
- Medically directed anesthesia care
- Approximately 2,200 cases per month
- Includes General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional cases
- Well-established group of 22 anesthesiologists
- Medical Center 1: 350-bed tertiary hospital with 20 ORs and Level I Trauma Center
- Hospital 2: Two ORs and 2 Endo Suites with approximately 90% outpatient surgery
- Hospital 3: 150-bed facility with 11 ORs and approximately 80% outpatient cases
- Outpatient Endoscopy Center and Free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Busy surgical schedule with a focus on high-acuity cases

About the Role:
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Current CRNA licensure and certification
- Strong clinical skills and experience in anesthesia care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
