We are seeking a highly skilled Siding Inspector-Project Manager to join our team at Falcon Engineering Co., LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality siding installations on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of siding installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Monitor contractor work to ensure conformance to project requirements.
  • Review and process change orders, RFI's, and construction documents.
  • Document existing conditions, photograph, and observe work in progress.
  • Maintain organized records and files essential to the project.
  • Prepare written correspondence for clients and contractors.
  • Work closely with teams to understand project scope, budget, goals, deliverables, and timeline.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of siding installation details for various siding types, including vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and PVC siding.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction/architectural/engineering consulting industry inspecting/reviewing siding installation.
  • Valid United States Driver's License required for travel to and from client sites.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
