**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain the common areas of our properties, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, and public spaces, to ensure they are neat and tidy.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding the status of work and any potential issues that may arise.

• Perform resident in-unit cleaning as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct in-unit turn cleans in preparation for new resident move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth transition.

• Ensure maintenance cleaning supplies are stocked and inform supervisors when reordering is necessary.

• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert the maintenance team to any items that need to be repaired.

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and current tenants, promoting a high-quality living experience for all residents.

• Perform general building preventive maintenance tasks to prevent issues and ensure the property remains in good condition.

• Communicate with supervisors regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property.

• Clean common areas, including the pool/hot tub area, outside grilling area, laundry rooms, public restrooms, trash bins, first-floor main lobby, amenity rooms, and interior hallways.

• Participate in company-provided training, such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.

• Comply with all company national standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

**Requirements**

• 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic reading skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
