About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team as a Lead Behavior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leading behavioral assessments, developing individualized goals and objectives, and designing behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct Behavioral Assessments: Administer, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.">
  • Develop Individualized Plans: Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.">
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.">
  • Caregiver and Teacher Training: Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training.">
  • Ongoing Program Oversight: Be responsible for an ongoing individual program, oversight, and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.">
  • Client Progress Updates: Update client program and material regularly.">
  • Professional Communication: Arrive at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled time and return phone calls and other correspondence in a timely fashion.">
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.">
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.">
  • Billable Hours: Maintain billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulation.">
  • Continuing Education: Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.">
  • BCBA certification and/or licensure as a licensed professional are required.">
  • A minimum of two years of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities is required.">
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies are essential.">
  • Experience with staff training and supervision is required.">
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, are necessary.">
  • The ability to work well as part of a team is essential.">
  • Successfully passing a criminal background screening is required.">
  • Professional Liability Insurance is required.">

Compensation:

">

We offer a competitive independent contractor (1099) hourly rate of $50 to $70 per hour, based on experience, expertise, and attitude. Additionally, we provide up to $1,500 sign-on bonus, up to $300 monthly incentive, flexible schedule, Employee Referral Program, annual salary increases with a predictable percentage increase based on performance review, free Continuing Education Units (CEUs), certification, and training tuition assistance, and career advancement opportunities and career development plans.
