Speech Language Specialist

Job Description: As a Speech Language Specialist at Newbridge Health & Wellness, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and providing patient care to individuals with speech, language, and/or hearing impairments. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and administer diagnostic testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and treatment of patients with speech, language, and/or hearing impairments
- Development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administration of diagnostic testing procedures to determine the extent of the patient's impairment and the prognosis for improvement
- Preparation of written documentation as required by the profession and the department
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech and Language from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- New Jersey State license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of 1 year's experience; Clinical Fellowship Year considered
