Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance associates in the maintenance department.
  • Work with production supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure the facility and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance to facilities and equipment are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all work is performed and completed in conformance with any related codes, guidelines, or standards established by a manufacturer or regulating body.
  • Support continuous improvement and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Administer the consistent and equitable application of company policies.
  • Accept challenges and responsibilities as identified.
  • Ensure work environment is safe by following prescribed guidelines.
  • Supervise all phases of maintenance of equipment and personnel in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain machine targets established on department dashboard.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
