Overview

Finish Line is an exciting and dynamic retailer of athletic wear and equipment. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Menlo Park and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience and knowledge of athletic wear and equipment preferred
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
