Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing direct clinical patient care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in orthopedic and neurological nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
