Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing education and training to families and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs.
  • Treatment and Education
    • Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings.
    • Educate patients and their families about speech disorders, their causes, and effective management techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
    • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Must have a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
    • Full accreditation (CCC) is preferred.
    • Must be in at least the Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a speech-language pathology setting.
    • Experience working in a school setting as an SLP is preferred.
