Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operating manual milling machines
  • Ability to manufacture and repair tooling as required
  • Ensure tooling and fixtures adhere to quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Experience with 3-axis CNC milling machines is advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes
  • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
  • Basic mathematical skills relevant to the shop environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Compensation:

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with relevant industry experience.
