**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Anesthesiologist to join our team at a leading medical institution in Northwestern, Ohio. **Estimated Salary Range:** $350,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience

**Practice Setting:** Our OR/Surgery Department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

**Schedule:** As a Critical Care Anesthesiologist, you can expect to work Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options available. You will have the opportunity to choose from various shift lengths, including 8, 10, or 13 hours, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

**Call Requirements:** As part of our team, you will be required to participate in multiple call shifts to ensure seamless coverage and high-quality patient care.

**Supervision:** You will work under supervision, with a 1:4 ratio, ensuring that you receive guidance and support whenever needed. Solo cases will not be assigned, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care without unnecessary stress.

**Case Mix:** Our hospital handles a diverse range of cases, including liver transplants, endo procedures, and other complex surgeries. You will work with patients who require specialized care, often elderly individuals with unique needs.

**Average Surgeries Per Day:** As a Critical Care Anesthesiologist, you can expect to perform an average of 40-45 surgeries per day, providing expert anesthesia services to patients in need.

**EMR System:** We utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system, which enables efficient data management and seamless communication among healthcare professionals.

**Credentialing:** The credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days, with temporary arrangements available during this time to ensure minimal disruption to your practice.

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you must possess an active OH license, board certification, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
