We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for performing audiological and vestibular function testing, developing hearing correction plans of care for patients with audiological impairments, and providing hearing device modifications.

• Perform diagnostic testing to assess patient's hearing and vestibular status and to determine appropriate treatment.
• Develop, document, implement and evaluate hearing correction plans.
• Provide hearing device modifications and educate patients, caregivers and family members on treatment options and continuing care.

• Audiologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Speech-Language Pathology Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.
