Job Title: Registered Nurse

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Coronary Care Unit (CCU). The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the ICU or CCU.
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned facilities.
