Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice.Coordinate the effective and efficient delivery of patient care services through the application of care management principles.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A valid driver's license and certification in Basic Life Support are required.
