About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at CCMC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities and buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct lighting checks, clean light lenses, and replace bulbs and ballasts as needed.
  • Maintain and repair doors and locks, as well as perform minor carpentry repairs.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance tasks, including repairing or replacing faucets and fixtures.
  • Clean areas around the pool, dumpster, and common areas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related maintenance field, with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills.
  • Experience in general maintenance and entry-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, observant, and detail-oriented, with the ability to detect maintenance needs and rectify concerns.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with managers, residents, and peers verbally and in writing.
  • Pleasant personality and people skills, with a professional appearance.

Important Considerations

Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, perform physical labor, and lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver's license in the state of TX and personal vehicle are required. Candidates will also be required to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
