About the Opportunity:
As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, setting your own days of operation, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage your own optometry practice
- Provide comprehensive eye and vision care services to patients
- Leverage Walmart's resources and support to grow your practice and expand your services
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9 form
