Cytology Technician Role at Della Infotech

We are seeking a skilled Cytology Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. As a Cytology Technician, you will play a critical role in the processing and screening of cytological specimens to detect evidence of cancer or other pathological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in specialized and complex technical tasks involved in the processing and screening of cytological specimens.
  • Screen slides of clinical specimens, both gynecologic and non-gynecologic, for evidence of cancer or other pathological conditions.
  • Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations and protocols.
  • Rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) using tele-pathology system in the collection, processing, and immediate evaluation of Fine Needle Aspirations.
Requirements:
  • Cyto Tech Experience
  • ASCP Certification
  • Experience with EBUS Procedures (Preferred)

Weekend Requirements: No Weekends
On Call Requirements: No Call
