Job Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, your key responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring equipment performance to identify issues and correct problems
* Troubleshooting product and process problems related to design, material, or processes
* Contributing to business goals through process capability studies, Six Sigma, and Value Improvement projects
* Designing and coordinating standard engineering tests and experiments
* Characterizing physical and material properties of components and optimizing them against device performance requirements

You will also be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate, troubleshoot, and implement manufacturing processes within the business unit. This requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Manufacturing, Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated industries
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with validation and qualification of equipment
