Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain water/wastewater treatment equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure high-quality water output and minimize environmental impact.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize facility operations.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
