Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity with a variable schedule of 8 am-5 pm, depending on the practice. The successful candidate will work in a busy clinic environment, utilizing their nursing assessment skills and clinical protocol guidelines to provide timely and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telephone triage
  • Medication refill management
  • New consult evaluation
  • Patient education
  • Performing clerical functions, Medical Assistant duties, and environmental tasks to support team objectives
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure authorized in the state of Michigan
  • Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursing
  • Enrollment in a Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) Degree from an accredited school of nursing, completion required within 4 years of hire
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or enrollment in RN Residency Program
  • Specialty credentialing preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty area
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 403B.
