We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Education Specialist to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education and care.

About the Role:
This is more than just a job - it's a journey of personal growth and development. We offer a comprehensive training program that enables you to progress from an aspiring educator to a fully qualified ECE teacher in as little as 6 months. Our competitive pay scale reflects your hard work and dedication, with pay increases upon completion of coursework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children while serving as a mentor to fellow educators.
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by adhering to licensing guidelines and implementing company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fun classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Complete and pass state required background check.
  • Qualified Lead Specialists have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field.
  • Assistant Specialists have: A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • *Pay based on Position, Education and Experience: $22.10 - $31.90 per hour*.
  • Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
  • Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees.
  • Monday-Friday work week.
