Facility:
A leading non-profit healthcare institution in the metropolitan area is seeking hospitalists. This facility boasts over 350 beds and serves as a trauma center, providing a comprehensive range of medical services.
Opportunity:
Openings available for hospitalists with a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. Become part of a well-established group of hospitalists and advanced practice providers. The facility features a closed ICU with no procedures required, as the emergency department manages all codes. Hospitalists are integral members of the rapid response team. The electronic medical record system in use is EPIC. Hospitalists will rotate through day, swing, and night shifts, although night shifts are infrequent due to the presence of dedicated nocturnists.
Compensation:
Competitive shift rates are available, along with productivity-based bonuses for additional earnings. Partnership opportunities are offered after the second year of service. A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring a 401k plan with matching contributions, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, continuing medical education (CME), as well as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additional incentives such as a commencement bonus and relocation assistance are also provided.
